The RCAI MPO 2000^® features a breathable foam liner that wicks moisture away from the skin while maintaining skin integrity.

The MPO 2000^® floats the heel to eliminate pressure or friction on the heel, enhancing blood circulation vital to healing. The dynamic flex action supplies continuous counterforce to the plantar surface of the foot assisting in the correction of foot drop, foot and ankle contractures and deformity.

The adjustable toe post relieves pressure on the toes and can be positioned to the side in the treatment of malleolus and lateral ulcers.

The rotator bar positioned to the side, controls Hip Orthoses and leg rotation, providing functional alignment.

The Transfer Attachment provided for most sizes is for stand-up transfer and prevents cross-contamination from floor to bed.

The MPO 2000^® Orthosis is also available with the following modifications: MPO 2000^® Short Back 90° - This Short Back version has a short calf area. It does not have the rotator bar. This MPO^® can be used for patients with severe knee contractures. Available in sizes small, medium, large & extra-large

MPO 2000^® Modified 25 Is pre molded at 25° plantar flexion. Dynamically treats foot and ankle contractures over 25°. It does not have a transfer attachment and is available in sizes medium & large.

An Extender Kit is available at an additional charge for patients with increased calf and foot circumference or edema.

Bilateral MPO 2000^® Systems with a spreader bar provides 35° of controlled Hip Orthoses abduction. An optional Ambu Assist (see 12AA) can be purchased for ambulation.
